Daniel Mersch


Dipl.-Kfm. Daniel Mersch graduated in Business Administration and then gained extensive experience as project manager in a Lean Management consultancy. There he applied the Lean principles and methods in indirect areas in multiple industries. His main focus is on Lean Administration – including training programs, consulting and coaching projects. In various SME’s and concerns he has supported the analysis and optimization of indirect processes as well as the analysis and reorganization of complex structures. He was trainer in multiple Lean trainings (inhouse) for well-known companies and in open Lean trainings at the Lean Management Institute at the University of Aachen (RWTH).

Ralf Langmaack


Dipl.-Ing. Ralf Langmaack graduated in mechanical engineering and then as  project manager gained experience in the implementation and optimization of production systems as well as in the application of Lean principles in multiple industries. His main activities are screenings in direct and indirect areas, coaching of executive managers and operative staff, and securing sustainability with shopfloor and change management methods.

Ralf Langmaack has participated in the development of the Lean Maintenance concept and was co-author of the workbook „Lean Maintenance System“.
