Dr. Claus Schulte-Henke
Dr. Claus Schulte-Henke studied mechanical engineering and business administration at the University of Paderborn, followed by a doctorate at the University of Saarland. As a partner in a lean management consultancy, he has carried out numerous consulting and coaching projects in all disciplines of lean management for corporations and leading medium-sized companies across all industries.
As managing director of the Lean Management Institute in Aachen, he helped to develop the transfer of lean principles to indirect business units within the framework of a holistic lean company approach and implemented it successfully on several occasions. Since 2010, he has been managing partner of LMX Business Consulting GmbH, Düsseldorf. He is also co-founder of the Institute for Value Excellence (IWEX) at the Chair of Production Systems at the Ruhr University Bochum.
Judith Fellsches, MBA, worked for various consulting companies and as a business analyst & IT consultant in industry after completing her studies. As a project manager, she was responsible for various projects - also internationally - on the topics of business process management, potential analysis, efficiency improvement in indirect areas, and holistic lean transformation.
She has experience in the analysis and optimization of organizations and processes as well as the integration of employees in the sense of change or transformation management for various industries and diverse functional areas. She is a certified Lean Expert, Project Manager (GPM), Scrum Master as well as Product Owner.
At LMX, Judith Fellsches is responsible for the business units Lean Administration and Lean Hospital.
After completing his mechanical engineering studies at the University of Dortmund, Christian Jagla held various positions in the aluminum processing industry, including plant management, planning management and as a CIP expert.
After moving into consulting, he has supported numerous companies in a wide range of industries in the fundamental lean disciplines since 2007 and successfully assisted them in their lean transformation. His work also focuses on Six Sigma projects, which he supports as a Black Belt.
Christian Jagla has been with LMX since its founding in 2010 and has been a partner since 2019.
After completing his studies in mechanical engineering, Dipl.-Ing. Ralf Langmaack gained several years of experience as a project manager in the implementation and optimization of production systems in various industries as well as in the cross-industry and cross-functional application of lean principles. His focus includes conducting position assessments/screenings in direct and indirect areas, coaching managers and operational staff in implementation, and ensuring sustainability through the targeted application of store floor and change management methods.
Ralf Langmaack co-developed the concept of Lean Maintenance and co-authored the book "Lean Maintenance System" on this topic.
