LMX is a partner of Siemens for the worldwide implementation of specific qualification programs in the areas of Production, Smart Factory and Administration.
The programs are conducted multiple times. Different training times allow the participation of employees from different time zones. Training languages are English or German. Please refer to the corresponding notes.

Senior Lean Digital Expert Learning Program
Short description
18-day remote Senior Lean Digital Expert Training for process trendsetters and sparring partners of management in manufacturing and support areas to create value in smart factories. 3 modules are completed over about 8 months.
The program offers coordinated sessions: Virtual Instructor-led training, real Gemba live sessions integrated via web, self-paced Online Learning, virtual coaching on the job until certification as a Senior Lean Digital Expert. Participants receive the certificate after successful training, masterpiece and online test.
The execution of the Certification Project ist consequently following training modules and delivers qualitative and quantitative results to up to 200 k€.
