Judith Fellsches


Judith Fellsches, MBA, after graduation has gained experience in various positions in consultancies and as Business Analyst & IT Consultant. As Projetct Manager she accounted for numerous projects – nationwide and international – in the fields of business process management, potential analysis, increase of efficiency in indirect areas as well as holistic Lean Transformation.

For various industries and functional areas she provides experience in analysis and optimization of organization and processes as well as integration of employees in terms of Change or Transformations-Management. She is certified Lean Expert, Project Manager (GPM), Scrum Master as well as Product Owner.   

At LMX Judith Fellsches accounts for the business units Lean Administration and Lean Hospital.

Christian Jagla


Christian Jagla (Dipl.-Ing.) graduated in mechanical engineering at University of Dortmund and then gained experience in various functions in aluminium processing industry, i.a. in plant management, central planning and as CIP-Expert.

After switching to consulting in 2007 he has supported successfully numerous companies from various industries in their Lean Transformation and application of main Lean Disciplines. Further key aspects of his work are Six Sigma Projects, which he supports as Black Belt.

Christian Jagla works for LMX since 2010 and became partner in 2019.

Ralf Langmaack


Dipl.-Ing. Ralf Langmaack graduated in mechanical engineering and then as  project manager gained experience in the implementation and optimization of production systems as well as in the application of Lean principles in multiple industries. His main activities are screenings in direct and indirect areas, coaching of executive managers and operative staff, and securing sustainability with shopfloor and change management methods.

Ralf Langmaack has participated in the development of the Lean Maintenance concept and was co-author of the workbook „Lean Maintenance System“.

At LMX Ralf Langmaack accounts for the business units Lean Production and Lean Maintenance.
